Diabetic Cure Recipe

In the name of ALLAH swt, the Most Gracious, the Most Beneficent. By Saleh Mohammed Tuwaijiri, the Supreme judge of Tabuk Court has made the extensive experiments with perseverance and patience discovered a successful treatment for diabetics.

  1. 100 grams of wheat flour
  2. 100 grams of gum (Chargoond powder, Gum Acacia Powder)
  3. 100 grams of barley
  4. 100 grams of black seed

Mix them in five cups of water and boil for 10 minutes, then leave it to cool down, then filters it and store the fluid in a glass container.

Usage:

  • First week before breakfast take one small coffee cup every day.
  • During second week drink on every alternate day.
  • Third week the sugar level will inshaALLAH be normal, then eat what you desire.

OKRA/Ladies Finger/BHINDI

Lower Sugar Level:

Nutrition recommend to soak in a small glass of water 3 to 4 Okra/ Ladies Finger after slicing the top and the bottom and make a small secretion in the middle and leave it over night for the mucilage to mix in the water. Discard the Ladies Finger and drink the water before breakfast. It helps the Pancreas in controlling the sugar level. Food cures effects only if it is taken regularly and is back up with stretch exercise.

Ladies Finger/Ground Flax Seed/ Psyllium:

According to Ms. Sylvia Zook, PH.D (nutrition), University of Illinois. ‘Bhindi’ is a powerhouse of valuable nutrients, nearly half of which is soluble fiber in the form of gums and pectins. Soluble fiber helps to lower serum cholesterol, reducing the risk of Heart disease. The other half is insoluble fiber which helps to keep the intestinal tract healthy, decreasing the risk of some forms of cancer, especially colorectal cancer.

  • Nearly 10% of the recommended levels of vitamin B6 and Folic acid is also present in half cup of cooked Bhindi. It is a rich source of many nutrients, including fiber, vitamin B6 and Folic acid.
